The Solarix 500V 160A NH00 Ceramic Din Fuse is designed to protect cables and equipment and can interrupt any current surges between the batteries and the inverter from the lowest fusing current up to the breaking capacity, and so can be used alone as protection. It is also designed to protect electrical devices and industrial set-ups from the electrodynamics effects of very high short-circuit currents.
